Michael Stefanakis
Co-Founder and Director
Michael is a Naval Architect & Marine Engineer and one of the founders of M&C Group Ltd.
Before establishing M&C Group, he has worked in consulting firms as Senior Consultant, and in two (2) Greek Shipping Companies as Technical Superintendent and Technical Manager.
He was carried out a variety of Condition & Damage Surveys.
Project Manager of New Building & Conversion Projects of all types of commercial vessels.
Charis Chatzicharalampous
Co-Founder and Director
Charis, postgraduate in Naval Architecture and Mechanical Engineering, has over 20 years experience in the shipping/shipbuilding industry.
Starting his career as Technical Advisor in marine consultancy firms, promoted to Senior Consultant and involved actively in the most of the fields of marine consulting services (various surveys, major conversions supervision, new building project management, ship studies).
His next roles as Class Surveyor, Assistant Operation Manager, DPA and Technical Superintendent in shipping companies set him up with enhanced knowledge and experience in order to meet the challenge of M&C Group establishment.
